The early morning strength and conditioning class is meant to get the blood pumping and get the sweat flowing to get you ready for the day. This class will focus on body weight exercises and explosive movements to minimize injury and maximize results.
The group setting will allow each member to push each other to finish the daily workout. The workouts will change each day to confuse the muscles and add to the members experience.
The class will begin with a warm-up exercise, followed by stretching, and then the workout. Everyone at all fitness levels are encouraged to attend, and we promise everyone will receive an awesome workout each day!
