Everything we do in our life runs on motivation!

Motivation is one of the most influential factors in sports too: it is why a person starts doing any sports at first place and continues his training after.

Without a determination to improve sports performances. To get in the best shape ever, you must be motivated to do what it takes to maximize your ability and achieve your goals.

Reason for low motivation

There could be a big bunch of reasons for that, but on the top, we always find that the goal to start doing sports was wrong or you didn’t set any goal on the start at all.

Signs of low motivation

You may hear or see how people were motivated to start doing something and later they say “I’m not motivated” and quit.

There are several signs of low motivation:

  • A lack of desire to practice as much as you should.
  • Less than 100% effort in training.
  • Skipping or shortening training.
  • An effort that is inconsistent with your goals.
