The Cross Conditioning classes are one of the most popular in our gym. You can join it almost everyday.
The Cross Conditioning involves the use of kettlebells, power sleds, Trx's Ropes, pylometrics and other conditioning drills. These classes are intense, high energy and very challenging.
You may benefit from Morning Strength and Conditioning Class that is held at 6:00am-7:00am through the week. The class is meant to get the blood pumping and get the sweat flowing to get you ready for the day. This class focuses on body weight exercises and explosive movements to minimize injury and maximize results.
The Conditioning classes are led by an instructor, and are offered at no additional fee!
