Jeet Kune Do Concepts

Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is a collaboration of different martial arts styles that can be used in self-defense. JKD is a hybrid philosophy of martial arts heavily influenced by the personal philosophy and experiences of martial artist Bruce Lee.

Unlike more traditional martial arts, JKD is not fixed or patterned and is a philosophy with guiding ideas. Jeet Kune Do’s practitioners believe in minimal effort with maximum effect and extreme speed.

Class description

Topics and techniques may include boxing, Muay Thai, grappling, hand trapping and Eskrima (an art from the Philippines).

Jeet Kune Do classes are energetic and challenging.

Who can join the class

Everyone at all fitness levels is encouraged to attend, and we promise everyone will receive an awesome workout each day!
