We have a number of beginner and advanced boxing classes offered at the gym. The age range is from 12 years old and younger, to those in their 60’s.
In kickboxing classes you will learn how to effeciently attack, improve your ability to throw kicks and punches while moving and remaining balanced.
Classes involve the use of hands, elbows, knees, legs and foot strikes.
We focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance.
Muay Thai has a heavy focus on body conditioning. Thai is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition.
This is a great workout for those looking for self defense application, as well as to supplement their skills in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

I've been boxing for over 30 years and for the last 8 years I've had the great pleasure of being a member of MK Boxing. This summer I won the Ringside 2015 World Championship in the Masters Division and MK Boxing helped me achieve that - I couldn't have done it without them. Owner Mike Knox, instructor Justin Piper and fellow member Christian Berrios have sparred with me and helped me train for all of my tournaments. Whether you want to compete or just get in shape there are trainers in all Martial Arts forms to help you meet and exceed your goals. My son is 15. He also was addicted to Xbox. I knew I had to do something so I looked around at gyms and boxing. I called Mike and signed my son up. He started working out with Denis. He is honest about what needs to be done but doesn’t make my son think that he has to work out 24/7 to be able to get in the ring. He never gives me a hard time about going to boxing and works out in our cellar every day. The gym itself is clean, welcoming and is also diverse. There're teenagers, middle aged woman, the usual jacked boxers, and just your average Joe. They have classes all the time and my son goes to them.
Joining MK Boxing was one of the best things I've done for myself in a very long time. I cannot recommend the gym more highly.I've done various martial arts over the years, and I've been an avid gym goer for about a decade, so I knew exactly what I wanted when seeking out a boxing gym. I had recently completed a Tough Mudder and considered myself in pretty good shape. The classes at MK have taken me to a completely new level of fitness, however, and I'm learning to kick a little ass in the process... if you want to learn how to box/kickbox/grapple, or if you just want to get in sick shape, MK Boxing is an excellent choice.
After 14 years of training in various martial arts, I was devastated to be diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. With my left side with partial paralysis, I was determined this wouldn't stop me from at least getting back in a gym and exercise. I tried to go back to some of my former martial art gyms but they only had classes and not having people just come in and workout. I found MK Boxing in Woburn and explained my situation to Mike Knox. He let me come in and workout... This opportunity to train there has really made a huge positive impact on my MS and overall health...
When you walk into MK Boxing, you are taken back by all the activity going on throughout the gym. The place is alive with activity, but at no point are the coaches not available to a new arrival to stop and answer questions. The coaches and other staff are friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help you out with anything, whether a technique, spot in the free weight area, or when the next class you can attend. The gym, overall, has everything a person wanting to improve their physical fitness level could ever want...I go about 4-5 times a week and enjoy my after work workouts each time I go in...
By far the Best Gym no matter your skill level. In the short time I have been taking classes there, I have come to love the place and the environment. Not once have i felt out of place, or even uncomfortable because of my in experience. the other members treated me as one of the gang from the first class. not only have I learned from Mike, but everyone is willing to critique each other while we train. I would highly recommend this Gym for everyone from beginner, such as myself, to experienced, 15-55 years of age. There is something for everyone who wants it! Thanks to Mike!
I joined MK Boxing about 3 years ago and it was a great investment in myself for my health and my happiness. After a long day of work I look forward to different sessions at MK. The classes are a great workout and always changing to keep your body in shape and challenged.The instructors are very nice and the owner Mike can been found training or even joining in on the workouts! There are people dedicated to the cardio workouts and others focused on the fighting sports and sparring. It is a great mix to try both! Overall I give it 5 stars and I highly recommend to try MK for themselves.
MK Boxing is the place to go when you want to get to work. I mentor a teenage boy with cognitive disabilities, and in the last 2 months have seen positive physical, emotional and mental changes in him. The owner Mike Knox personally designs our workouts and coaches us with humor, discipline and expertise. The atmosphere at MK Boxing is professional and inspiring. The facilities are well-maintained and orderly and make it easy to slip into a workout.
I have been going to MK Boxing for about 3 years now and wouldn't think of going to another gym. I can't say enough about it. I am in my 40's and feel stronger and better than ever. I take classes at MK 3 to 4 times a week and have had numerous instructors which all of them are all willing to teach you individually while the class is going on and they are all very patient. I highly recommend this gym.
I really enjoy the workouts I do at MK Boxing! It's a great cardio workout, and I'm learning to box. Mike is very knowledgeable in different styles of boxing, kickboxing, etc., so there is never a dull moment. I've taken classes and private lessons and I highly recommend trying it out. It's a welcoming gym and clientele and there are even kids classes.
It's so refreshing to be a part of MK Boxing. From the members to the instructors, the environment at MK Boxing is inviting, encouraging and FUN! Every class is challenging and different. The instructors are not only experts in their respective disciplines, but they are passionate about developing everyone's skills. The boxing gyms of old were very intimidating to some people and that was a shame. This is a great sport with great people and the workout is something that everyone, young and old, male and female can benefit from. MK Boxing offers boxing and a lot more in a state of the art facility. I am proud to be associated with such a class organisation.

The gym provides effective work outs and techniques for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I believe it is to the advantage of high school athletes to train here.
