MK Boxing Gym provides training classes in Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and Cross Conditioning in Woburn, MA (Greater Boston Area).

MK Boxing Gym is open 7 days a week and offers a schedule of classes to meet the demands of the busiest of people. All ages and backgrounds are welcome.

Experience the best workout with professional instructors, more than 30 boxing bags, speedbags, conditioning mats and a professional boxing ring as well as cardio and weight training equipment - all to help you get in the best shape ever!

Our Classes

Boxing classes for beginner and advanced boxers are offered at our gym. The age range is from 12 years old (or younger) – to those in their 60’s.

In kickboxing classes you will learn how to effeciently attack, improve your ability to throw kicks and punches while moving and remaining balanced.

Classes involve the use of hands, elbows, knees, legs and foot strikes.

We focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance.

Muay Thai has a heavy focus on body conditioning. Thai is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition.

This is a great workout for those looking for self defense application, as well as to supplement their skills in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

These classes involve the use of kettlebells, power sleds, Trx’s Ropes, pylometrics and other conditioning drills. The classes are intense, high energy and very challenging.
